Occupancy & Extra Guests Our base rate covers up to 10 guests. If your group grows to 11–14, there’s a small $15 per person, per night fee. It simply helps us keep things running smoothly, bigger groups mean extra laundry, more towels, and a little more love from our cleaners. Thanks for helping us keep the home comfy and sparkling for everyone who stays. Definition of “Registered Guests”: A “registered guest” is any person included in the reservation’s guest count.
